Morfa Bychan 27/09/2007
Time: 5.00pm to 7.30pm.
Tide: HW-2 to HW+1. Spring tide.
Weather: Overcast, dry, chilly.
Sea: Calm.
Tackle & Bait: Feathers. Live bait joey.
Fishing: More maccy madness!!
Comments: Same as yesterday, but I tried a bit of live baiting from the beach area out to the rocks on the left hand side. No luck, but it was interesting to try it out. Might give it a proper go when the boys aren't with me and I can get around the rocks. Not sure how much more mackerel I can fit in the freezer, but it will all be good for eating or as bait. The photo below shows the whitebait shoal as a dark patch in the sea and some breaking the surface. Managed to get a bucket full of whitebait with a net as they practically jumped into it!
